We have worked with this bank on several occasions and they have asked us to liquidate this shopping center. It is owned by a community bank that has no interest in running and managing a retail shopping center. They need to move it and a buying opportunity has arisen.

This property is extremely well located just off Hwy 41 in Kennesaw, GA - North of Atlanta. The property has quick access to I-75. It is also adjacent to a Publix shopping center. There are many national retailers located within a stone's throw of this center.

All Letters of Intent are due by Tuesday, August 24th @ 12 PM.
 
  You can submit any offer you would like with any terms or closing requirements you would like
  The seller is looking for the highest offer they can obtain with the quickest closing
   
  Once you submit an offer, you will be in for the final bidding process
  On Tuesday, August 24th, everyone who has submitted a bid will receive access to the bid page
    I will send you a link and password to a protected page on our website
    This website will have a list of all the offers that have been submitted, the terms of the offer & the closing time frame
    The only information that will not be revealed will be the identity of the bidder
 
  If anyone would like to adjust their bid at this point, they will have until Friday, August 27th to resubmit.
   
  The bank will then make their decision and everyone who has submitted a bid will be contacted and told the final results.
