All of Dempsey Auction Company's sales are held in a public setting and usually on-site. 
Unless otherwise published, a personal check is acceptable for your down-payment on real estate.
Our terms on personal property and equipment are usually cash, cashier's check or a personal check with a bank letter of guarantee.
We advise that all prospective purchasers preview the property prior to the auction.  If the advertised preview times are not convenient, please call 1-800-DEMPSEY to set up a viewing appointment. 
All sales are final and we conduct our sales AS-IS / WHERE-IS
