Then anyone who has submitted a bid will be able to analyze their position and they will have a chance to resubmit their bid if they would like. The bidding process will continue until no one will bid anymore. . The bidding usually closes within 24 hours of the bid deadline..

REGISTER: You can register on this page. By registering, Dempsey Auction Co. will contact you and start the process. We will talk you through the details of the property and the bidding process.

DUE DILLIGENCE: We highly recommend that you go and walk the property before making a bid. We will be happy to meet you at the property and walk it with you if it would be helpful. Any questions you have regarding survey, zoning, perktests, etc can be addressed.
LETTER OF INTENT: We have a sample letter of intent that you can view or download on this page. This is our suggestion. However, you can use your own Letter of Intent or we can help you create one. This letter of intent will outline the terms of your offer and the conditions of the closing.
