This plat is from the Bowater Timber sale in Cherokee Co.  We were able to divide the property into 19 tracts and sell the property pick and choice by the acre.  We had many buyer's and the property was not sold in combinations or as a whole.

This plat is from the Slagle sale in Calhoun, GA.  The property was divided into 5 tracts.  We had 3 separate purchasers in tracts.  We then calculated a 5% raise and were able to obtain the required bid.  The property sold to one purchaser as a whole.
