Staff

Sproull Dempsey began his auction career in the 1940s. He later formed Sproull Dempsey and Sons Auction Co with his sons, Sproull Jr. and Ray. Over the years, we’ve conducted thousands of auctions and closings, enabling our company to grow and become what we now know as Dempsey Auction.

Through 3 generations, we’ve assisted sellers and buyers throughout the southeast during upturns and downturns in the real estate market. We’ve sold everything from a tractor to a 14-story building in Atlanta, to the McIver Ranch. We are currently licensed in Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, North Carolina, and South Carolina but have the ability and affiliations to conduct business across the country.

Meet the people who can make your selling or buying experience as efficient as possible.
